After years of working in corporate communications for high-tech companies and professional team sports, Rowena grew a heart for ministry. In the variety of ministries she served while addressing urgent needs each uniquely demanded, she saw a blaring trend. Those serving an organization’s mission at crucial moments experienced over allocation of their time and under utilization of their skill sets and internal resources, A.K.A, “burnout.” So she took her talent in media relations, broadcasting, public speaking, sales, and marketing communications to launch a private business — one that could align itself with her personal mission and a service that would provide strategy and solace to women building the Kingdom.
